West Silver Lake Park
Rochester, MN
Reviewed November 19th, 2004
This concrete bunker perched along the river at West Silver Lake Park (No, it's not perched along the lake. Don't ask me how that works. I'm bad with geography.) has seen better days.. though just how much better those days were may be arguable. The toilets may have been less yellowed and rusty. Maybe they had matching toilet seats instead of the rag-tag conglomeration of black, white or yellow(ed). But I doubt this facility ever had actual doors on the stalls or any semblance of a suitable decor. However, extra points are earned for accessibility (the benefit of not having stall doors) and most everything seemed to be in working order. On top of that, a soothing soapy scent filled the air, enough to cover any sort of mid to high level noxious smell.RESTROOM RATING: 5
